2.1 SendMe Deliveries

A consumer delivery platform providing:

• Food delivery from restaurants and cloud kitchens
• Grocery and daily essentials delivery
• Medicine and pharmacy delivery
• Pick-up and drop parcel services
• Real-time order tracking and notifications

2.2 SendMe ERP

A complete business management suite including:

• SendMe Khata — GST-compliant accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting
• SendMe Connect — Customer relationship management (CRM) for leads and sales pipeline
• SendMe HR — Payroll processing, attendance tracking, and HR management
• SendMe Forge — ERP for engineering and fabrication businesses
• SendMe Mold — ERP for plastics and polymer manufacturing
• SendMe Serve — ERP for service industry with job cards and AMC management
• SendMe Store — E-commerce and retail management with inventory control
• SendMe Gate — Visitor management and gate security systems
• SendMe Track — Field force tracking and GPS monitoring

3. User Accounts

6. Payment Terms

• Fees are as outlined in your subscription agreement
• All payments are due according to the agreed billing cycle
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendMe Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
